부팅이 느리고, 윈도우 시작메뉴가 먹통, 클릭이 안됨

윈도우 시작메뉴 버턴이 클릭이 안됩니다. 윈도우11로 업그레이드 후 부팅이 늦으면서 시작메뉴가 클릭 안되는 경우여러가지 이유로 인해 시작버턴이 느리거나 먹통일 경우 - Wpnservice 다시시작 - SFC /scannow - dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth- 기본앱을 다시 설치 등 방법이 있지만 다양한 상황에 해결이 잘 되지 않습니다. 먼저 조금 어려울 수 있는데 따라해 보세요 1. 윈도우키 + R 누른다.
